Monthly Auto-Pay agreement
By clicking I agree, Card holder also acknowledges, agrees and authorizes Text-4-U to charge a recurring MONTHLY AUTO-PAY amount (shown above) to prepay for the upcoming month of service on or around the 25th day of each month. Card holder can cancel service at any time in writing (fax, email, text, or US Mail). No refunds after the 1st of the month. Card holder acknowledges, agrees and authorizes Text-4-U to charge for any of the Blast or VIP options as listed on the associated pages. These charges will be billed as/or if incurred. Account must remain in good standing for uninterrupted service
